Zscaler Consultant

Experis Manpower Group is seeking an experienced Zscaler Consultant to join their team and help design, implement, and optimize secure access solutions within complex enterprise environments. In this fully remote role, you will play a key part in delivering modern Zero Trust architectures and ensuring secure connectivity for users globally.

Key responsibilities

• Administer and optimize Zscaler Internet Access (ZIA), Zscaler Private Access (ZPA), and Zscaler Digital Experience (ZDX) platforms.
• Manage security policies including URL filtering, SSL/TLS inspection, Cloud Firewall controls, and application segmentation.
• Monitor platform health, security events, and operational metrics to ensure high service availability and performance.
• Collaborate with endpoint management teams to support the deployment and lifecycle management of Zscaler Client Connector.
• Automate operational processes and maintain comprehensive technical documentation and operational procedures.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in cybersecurity, network security, or secure access environments.
• Hands-on expertise with Zscaler Internet Access (ZIA) and Zscaler Private Access (ZPA) in enterprise-scale organizations.
• Strong understanding of Zero Trust architecture, least-privilege access models, and secure remote access technologies.
• Solid networking knowledge including TCP/IP, DNS, routing, VPN technologies, and proxy solutions.
• Excellent communication, troubleshooting, and stakeholder management skills.
