WS Client Administrator

emagine Polska is looking for a skilled WS Client Administrator to join our team in a fully remote capacity. You will be responsible for managing software packaging, deployment processes, and maintaining a stable workstation environment for our clients.

Key responsibilities

• Packaging of applications based on installation instructions and driver integration.
• Development of terminal server images and management of Citrix publishing.
• Creation of SCCM task sequences, collections, and authorization groups in Active Directory.
• Automation of software installation processes and optimization of deployment routines.
• ITIL compliant handling of incidents and operation of order management tools.

Requirements

• Proven project experience with MECM and Citrix terminal services.
• Strong proficiency in PowerShell programming and experience with App Deployment Toolkit.
• Knowledge of Windows 10 and Windows Server 2012/2016/2019 operating systems.
• Experience with Service Now and software packaging tools like ASG CloudShaper or NSIS.
• Excellent written and spoken German language skills for frequent customer communication.
