Key responsibilities

• Apply expertise in specific writing fields to deliver high-quality data that improves AI outputs.
• Collaborate with engineers to develop tasks that advance the AI's writing proficiency.
• Improve annotation tools and workflows to increase overall team efficiency.
• Pivot between writing-based and non-writing-based tasks to support project needs.

Requirements

• Proven proficiency in English and deep expertise in at least one Writing Specialty (e.g., Creative Fiction, Technical, Academic, or Copywriting).
• Ability to critique AI-generated text for logical flow, grammar, style, and reader immersion.
• Strong attention to detail and experience using style guides and reference materials.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and editorial skills.
• Highly adaptable nature with the ability to work effectively under deadlines.
