Workfront Programming Lead

Labcorp is a global leader in laboratory services, dedicated to advancing diagnostics and improving health outcomes through innovative technology and data-driven solutions. We are currently seeking a remote Workfront Programming Lead to join our Central Labs Services team and help shape the future of our project management infrastructure.

Key responsibilities

• Lead technical design planning, solution development, and implementation for key initiatives.
• Design, develop, test, and document project management systems, specifically leveraging Workfront and Fusion.
• Provide oversight and coaching to peers, coordinating development activities and ensuring clear cross-team communication.
• Translate complex business requirements into scalable, actionable technical tasks.
• Conduct code reviews and uphold quality standards through best practices and automated tools.
• Troubleshoot issues in new and existing applications while mentoring team members on technology and processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Workfront Fusion developer, including tool development and data management.
• Adobe Workfront Fusion Developer Professional Certification.
• Strong technical experience with Oracle SQL, Python, and Java.
• Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Power BI or Spotfire.
• Proven ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all organizational levels.
