Workflow & Provisioning Lead

Webbing is a global data MVNO providing enterprise-grade connectivity and IoT services across more than 200 countries. We are looking for a Workflow & Provisioning Lead to design and implement complex orchestration workflows within our growing international team.

Key responsibilities

• Deploy and configure production-grade workflow engines like Temporal or Camunda on Kubernetes.
• Design and implement critical SIM lifecycle workflows, including activation, deactivation, and plan changes.
• Lead development tasks and conduct code reviews to ensure high-quality output.
• Define robust workflow versioning strategies and implement retry policies, dead-letter handling, and alerting.
• Manage large-scale inventory database schemas and ensure end-to-end integration and load testing.

Requirements

• 4–6 years of backend software development experience with strong proficiency in Go or Java.
• Hands-on experience with workflow orchestration engines, with a strong preference for Temporal.io.
• Deep knowledge of PostgreSQL, including schema design and query optimization for large datasets.
• Experience with Kubernetes, event-driven architectures, and designing for failure with idempotency and compensation logic.
• Domain knowledge in BSS/OSS, provisioning flows, or telecom service activation.
