Workday ERP Consultant

Flix is seeking an experienced Workday ERP Consultant to join our People Enablement Tech Department on a freelance basis. You will play a pivotal role in designing, building, and maintaining HR technology solutions, ensuring seamless data flow and automation across our systems to support our fast-growing organization.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee and develop the existing HR environment, identifying and implementing continuous improvements.
• Support the technical and functional implementation of processes within Workday, Greenhouse, and other integrated systems.
• Analyze current business processes to identify gaps and suggest optimizations for better efficiency.
• Collaborate closely with HR stakeholders to ensure a stable system environment and facilitate system testing.
• Manage customizations within the Workday platform to meet the evolving needs of the company.

Requirements

• Bachelor or Master degree in Informatics, Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of professional experience as a Workday Consultant, Administrator, or Business Analyst.
• Proven track record in implementation projects and consulting stakeholders throughout various project phases.
• Strong experience in configuring and supporting Workday Recruiting.
• Fluency in English and the ability to work effectively as an independent contractor.
