Workday Configuration Engineer

Lumicode Sp. z o.o., part of the Pentacomp Group, is a provider of IT solutions and professional technology services for large enterprises and the public sector. We are currently seeking an experienced Workday Configuration Engineer to join our team and contribute to the ongoing development and optimization of the Workday platform.

Key responsibilities

• Join an established team responsible for the development and configuration of the Workday system.
• Configure Workday solutions based on specific business requirements.
• Participate in two-week sprint cycles and deliver assigned tasks according to the team schedule.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to analyze requirements and implement configuration changes.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience with Workday configuration rather than solution architecture.
• Practical knowledge of Workday HCM and core HR processes.
• Previous professional experience as a Workday Engineer or Workday Configuration Specialist.
• Strong expertise in Workday HCM, with additional specialization in other Workday modules considered a plus.
• Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment and delivering work within sprint cycles.
• Ability to independently configure and implement changes within the Workday system.
