WordPress Developer

Coalition Technologies is seeking a detail-oriented and highly skilled WordPress Developer to develop, customize, maintain, and optimize high-quality websites. This role is ideal for a professional with strong experience in custom theme and plugin development, as well as a deep understanding of the WordPress ecosystem.

Key responsibilities

• Developing and maintaining custom WordPress themes and plugins.
• Migrating websites from other platforms and integrating third-party tools like WooCommerce and WPML.
• Optimizing websites for page speed, performance, SEO, and conversion rate optimization.
• Transforming complex layouts into pixel-perfect, responsive HTML5/CSS3 templates.
• Fetching data from the WordPress backend using WPGraphQL or the REST API.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in WordPress development.
• Expertise in PHP, MySQL, JavaScript, AJAX, HTML5, and CSS3.
• Strong understanding of WordPress architecture and database optimization.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
• Excellent written and spoken English skills and ability to work in a multicultural remote environment.
