WordPress Developer (freelance)

Erbis Inc. is a dynamic technology company dedicated to creating impactful software solutions for a global client base. We are currently seeking a skilled WordPress Developer to join our team on a freelance basis to help optimize and migrate our blog architecture.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze the current blog architecture and its dependencies on the external frontend.
• Select or develop a WordPress theme that aligns with our design and structural requirements.
• Configure theme styling to ensure consistency with existing design guidelines.
• Ensure robust SEO functionality, including meta tags, schema markup, and page speed optimization.
• Set up and verify compatibility with essential plugins, including those for LLM/AI file generation.

Requirements

• Solid hands-on experience with WordPress theme development and customization.
• Proven experience migrating or decoupling headless/JAMstack front-ends back into native WordPress.
• Strong understanding of WordPress SEO best practices and troubleshooting plugin compatibility.
• Familiarity with plugins for LLM/AI file generation is considered a significant advantage.
• Ability to work independently and provide clear action plans alongside technical implementation.
