WMS Consultant with French

Link Group is seeking an experienced WMS Functional Consultant fluent in French to lead Warehouse Management System implementations and functional enhancements. You will serve as the primary bridge between operational logistics teams and technical delivery squads, ensuring that supply chain processes in manufacturing and distribution are translated into scalable, efficient, and high-performing WMS solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead functional discovery workshops with French-speaking stakeholders to capture end-to-end supply chain requirements.
• Design and map core warehousing processes, including inbound, outbound, putaway, picking, packing, and inventory management.
• Support functional configuration, deployment, and localized rollout activities for international warehouse sites.
• Design test scenarios, coordinate User Acceptance Testing, and validate business workflows against the target architecture.
• Prepare functional documentation and deliver training sessions to warehouse operational teams and end-users.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Functional Consultant with enterprise WMS platforms such as Manhattan Associates, Blue Yonder, SAP EWM, or Reflex WMS.
• Solid understanding of supply chain, logistics, distribution, or manufacturing environment operations.
• Professional proficiency in French (B2+/C1) for leading meetings and documentation, alongside professional English.
• Strong stakeholder management skills to effectively bridge business needs with technical delivery teams.
