Withholding Tax Consultant

We're partnering with a global leader in financial services on the search for an experienced Tax Reclaim Consultant to support the evolution and optimization of international withholding tax reclaim operations. This is a highly visible consulting role where your expertise will directly influence business processes and strategic tax initiatives across an international environment.

What you'll be doing

As a trusted functional consultant, you'll act as the go-to expert for Withholding Tax (WHT) and tax reclaim matters, partnering closely with business stakeholders to deliver practical solutions and drive continuous improvement.

You'll:

• Provide functional and advisory expertise across withholding tax reclaim processes.

• Partner with business stakeholders to understand requirements and recommend effective solutions.

• Drive the optimization and continuous improvement of tax reclaim operations.

• Support the implementation of new processes and enhancements, ensuring operational efficiency and regulatory alignment.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an international environment.

• Contribute your expertise to strategic projects focused on tax process transformation and operational excellence.

What we're looking for

You'll be successful in this role if you bring:

• 5+ years of experience working with Withholding Tax (WHT) and/or tax reclaim processes.

• Strong functional understanding of tax reclaim operations and related regulations.

• Experience working in a consulting, advisory, or business-facing role.

• A track record of process improvement, transformation, or implementation initiatives.

• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

• Professional English.

Nice to have

• Experience working with the Raquest FinTech platform.

• Strong analytical mindset and problem-solving skills.

• Experience working within large, international organizations.
