Wireless Network Engineer

KUBO is seeking an experienced Wireless Network Engineer to join a growing organization focused on Industrial IoT. You will play a key role in designing, testing, and delivering private 5G, Wi-Fi, and advanced wireless solutions tailored for industrial environments.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop advanced wireless user equipment for Industrial IoT applications using RF components.
• Lead the technical development of wireless and cellular networking products.
• Create test plans and conduct lab and field tests to validate wireless performance.
• Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve complex RF, Wi-Fi, and cellular network issues.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver complete Wireless IoT solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in network engineering.
• Strong knowledge of wireless standards including Wi-Fi 6/6E/7 and cellular technologies like 5G NR and LTE.
• Practical background in wireless network testing using spectrum analyzers and packet-capture tools.
• Solid understanding of RF principles and IT/OT convergence in industrial settings.
