Wholesale Program Manager

We are seeking a Wholesale Program Manager to lead strategic initiatives and drive operational excellence across our global, digitally native brand portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional programs end-to-end, ensuring teams remain aligned on priorities, timelines, and measurable outcomes.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans covering scope, schedules, milestones, and budgets.
• Identify risks and roadblocks early, driving proactive solutions to keep complex programs moving forward.
• Partner with stakeholders to translate high-level business objectives into clear, actionable execution plans.
• Apply Agile and Waterfall methodologies while leveraging AI and automation tools to streamline workflows and improve efficiency.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Program or Project Management, specifically leading complex, cross-functional initiatives.
• Strong background in Retail or Wholesale, with a deep understanding of operational complexities.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, owning all aspects of scope, risk, and budget.
• Demonstrated success in leading cross-functional teams and influencing senior stakeholders to drive accountability.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
