WebCon BPS Developer

We are currently seeking an experienced WebCon BPS Developer to join our team and support a strategic digital transformation initiative focused on business process automation and workflow development.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement end-to-end workflow solutions using the WEBCON BPS platform.
• Build and maintain complex business process logic, decision rules, and process state models.
• Develop and support integrations between WEBCON BPS and various internal and external systems.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable, maintainable technical solutions.
• Optimize workflow performance, process efficiency, and event handling.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience developing and implementing solutions on the WEBCON BPS platform.
• Strong experience designing and implementing end-to-end business workflows and advanced process logic.
• Proven ability to develop and maintain system integrations and data exchange mechanisms.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.
• Native Polish language skills and English at a B1/B2 level or higher.
