Web Project Sr. Analyst

Genpact is seeking a highly skilled Web Project Sr. Analyst to join our team in a fully remote capacity. In this role, you will act as a subject matter expert, leading complex digital projects and driving process improvements across our EMEA operations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end agile website projects across EMEA, including the creation and replication of European base sites.
• Oversee agile epics, stories, and tasks in JIRA to ensure project visibility and progress tracking.
• Collaborate with business marketers and central data teams to facilitate content availability for website launches.
• Conduct project briefings, manage timelines, and lead regular status update calls with international stakeholders.
• Perform quality assurance testing on website and product catalogue content to ensure accuracy before launch.
• Analyze process trends to identify root causes of delays and recommend improvements to drive efficiency.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in digital marketing, including web sites, SEO, and e-commerce.
• Proven track record in project management using Agile methodology.
• Proficiency with JIRA and Salesforce tools.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to communicate effectively in a multi-cultural corporate environment.
• Ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously while maintaining high organizational standards.
