Web Development Project Manager

Coalition Technologies is seeking a highly organized and client-focused Remote Web Project Manager to oversee web design, development, and digital project workflows. This role is ideal for a professional with strong project management experience and the ability to coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality web solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Define project scopes, create detailed work plans, and manage resources to ensure projects are completed on schedule and within budget.
• Coordinate design, development, and SEO teams while communicating project objectives, timelines, and success criteria clearly.
• Review project deliverables and documentation to ensure they meet quality standards and client requirements.
• Identify and manage project risks, bottlenecks, and technical constraints throughout the project lifecycle.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and clients to establish project vision and ensure alignment with business goals.

Requirements

• Solid understanding of web design standards, usability, responsive design, and project management methodologies.
• Proficiency in project management software such as Basecamp, MS Project, or similar tools.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience working with complex websites and high-profile clients.
• Reliable remote workstation and availability to work 40 hours per week during Pacific Time business hours.
