Web Designer

Coalition Technologies is seeking a creative and highly skilled Web Designer to join our fully remote team. You will be responsible for crafting custom website designs, wireframes, brand assets, and design systems that balance visual quality with performance and accessibility.

Key responsibilities

• Designing unique, client-specific logos, brand guides, and comprehensive design systems from scratch.
• Creating wireframes, website mockups, and vector graphics for both desktop and mobile experiences.
• Collaborating with copywriters, SEO specialists, and developers to establish a cohesive project vision.
• Preparing clean, organized, and developer-ready design files for seamless handoff.
• Analyzing design tradeoffs to ensure optimal usability, accessibility, and performance.

Requirements

• Mastery of industry-standard tools including Figma, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe Illustrator.
• A strong portfolio demonstrating extensive experience in professional website design.
• Excellent written and spoken English skills for effective client communication.
• Ability to work 40 hours per week within the specified Pacific Time schedule.
• A reliable remote workstation setup with high-speed internet and professional equipment.
