WASABIT Remote Work - Talent Acquisition Specialist

WASABIT is a specialized talent acquisition and HR-as-a-service provider supporting a diverse range of companies from startups to global enterprises. We are looking for a dedicated Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our fully remote, international team and manage end-to-end recruitment processes across various industries.

Key responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment, including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
• Proactively source candidates using LinkedIn, job boards, and professional networks to build robust talent pipelines.
• Guide candidates and clients through every stage of the recruitment process to ensure a high-quality experience.
• Build and nurture strong relationships with hiring managers and HR partners to understand specific hiring needs and develop effective candidate profiles.
• Maintain accurate documentation and provide regular reporting on recruitment activities and sourcing strategies.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2+ years of recruitment experience in an internal HR role or at a recruitment agency.
• Proven track record of at least 10+ successful placements across various roles or functions.
• Native or business-level fluency in both Japanese and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work independently and take initiative with minimal supervision while maintaining high standards of accountability.
