System Analyst - Workday Financial

Role Overview

We are looking for a System Analyst to support and enhance our Workday Financials platform. This role partners with Finance, Procurement, Accounts Payable, and FP&A teams to ensure smooth system operations, deliver enhancements, and align technology with business needs. The ideal candidate combines strong technical expertise with the ability to translate business requirements into effective system solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on support for finance teams, including configurations, reporting, EIB loads, dashboards, and troubleshooting.
• Deliver system changes (business processes, data, security updates) as part of Agile sprint cycles, following SDLC standards.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, design, test, and deploy solutions.
• Maintain documentation, training materials, and user guides.
• Ensure seamless integrations between Workday and external systems (banks, vendors, procurement platforms).
• Lead incident resolution and identify opportunities for process optimization and automation.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years of experience with Workday Financials
• Strong knowledge of general accounting, fixed assets, procure-to-pay, planning, and integrations.
• Expertise in Workday Security and reporting (Advanced, Matrix, Composite).
• Experience with add-on modules (e.g., Strategic Sourcing, PRISM, Contracts, Projects).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent communication abilities.
