VP, Product

Spark is the fastest-growing Medicare platform in the country, dedicated to transforming how brokers acquire, enroll, and support clients. We are seeking a VP, Product to own our product strategy, lead execution, and help us redefine the future of healthcare distribution.

Key responsibilities

• Own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap, communicating it clearly to the team, customers, and investors.
• Act as a player-coach, balancing strategic leadership with hands-on execution in a fast-moving environment.
• Build and grow a high-performing Product and Design team while partnering with Engineering leadership.
• Develop deep market expertise by engaging directly with brokers, agency partners, and carriers.
• Ensure the product roadmap drives revenue growth, broker adoption, and operational efficiency.

Requirements

• Extensive product leadership experience at a Series A to C vertical or marketplace company.
• Proven track record of building high-performing teams and operating in resource-constrained environments.
• Sharp instincts for AI-driven product development and redesigning workflows for the AI era.
• Ability to build trust with technical leaders and navigate complex tradeoffs between speed and quality.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence executives and stakeholders.
