VMware Aria Developer

Experis Manpower Group is seeking an experienced VMware Aria Developer to design, develop, and enhance automation solutions within a modern enterprise infrastructure environment. This role focuses on building workflows, developing XaaS services, creating system integrations, and supporting the ongoing evolution of the VMware Aria platform while collaborating closely with infrastructure and development teams.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain automation workflows using VMware Aria Automation and Aria Orchestrator.
• Build and enhance XaaS (Anything-as-a-Service) offerings and reusable automation services.
• Develop integrations with external applications, platforms, and enterprise systems.
• Translate business and technical requirements into scalable automation solutions.
• Troubleshoot, optimize, and enhance existing workflows and automation services.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in workflow automation and XaaS service development.
• Strong hands-on experience with VMware Aria Automation 8.x and Aria Orchestrator.
• Experience developing automation solutions using PowerShell, Python, and/or JavaScript.
• Solid understanding of YAML and JSON.
• Experience working with CI/CD pipelines and automation deployment processes.
