Visual Media Quality Evaluator

Micro1 is seeking a detail-oriented Visual Media Quality Evaluator to join their team in a fully remote capacity. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining high aesthetic and professional standards by analyzing and evaluating various image and video outputs to ensure they meet rigorous quality benchmarks.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth visual analysis and quality assurance on images and videos to guarantee superior standards.
• Evaluate the aesthetic, stylistic, and compositional aspects of visual media, providing expert feedback.
• Assess clarity, consistency, and visual accuracy while identifying any issues with sharp attention to detail.
• Clearly articulate the differences and similarities between various visual outputs to enhance team understanding.
• Deliver structured, constructive feedback that drives improvement in visual quality and consistency.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in visual media such as photography, videography, video editing, or motion graphics.
• Advanced ability to identify and communicate nuanced visual differences and similarities.
• Demonstrated critical visual judgment and meticulous attention to detail.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills at a native or C2 proficiency level.
• Proven commitment to maintaining consistency and objectivity in quality assessments.
