Join a team developing the virtualization platform behind one of the world’s leading mission-critical communication systems used by public safety organizations globally.

The team is responsible for building and maintaining the core platform infrastructure powering advanced communication solutions, including virtualization, automation, system integration, and platform hardening. The environment combines virtualization technologies, Linux administration, automation tooling, and modern infrastructure practices within an Agile setup.

You will

• Develop and maintain virtualization platform solutions supporting critical communication systems
• Implement platform features based on technical requirements and low-level designs
• Design and execute functional and performance tests
• Automate installation, upgrades, configuration, and hardening processes
• Support system integration and platform validation activities
• Contribute to technical documentation and user manuals
• Collaborate with international engineering teams in Agile delivery processes

Must have

• At least 3 years of solid professional experience in PowerShell scripting
• Hands-on experience with virtualization technologies such as VMware ESXi and vCenter
• Experience with server hardware and storage administration
• Experience with Kubernetes or Red Hat OpenShift
• Experience with automation tools such as Python, Ansible, or shell scripting
• Understanding of system security concepts
• Knowledge of TCP/IP networking protocols and services
• Linux systems administration experience
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work effectively in an international environment
• Fluent English and Polish

Nice to have

• Experience with Git and Jira
• RHCSA or CCNA certifications
• Degree in Computer Science, Telecommunications, Robotics, or related field
