VIP Account Manager

Duelbits is a crypto-native entertainment platform spanning casino, sportsbook, and Predict, where real-world outcomes become tradable markets. We are looking for a dedicated VIP Account Manager to own and drive engagement across an assigned VIP portfolio within our fast-paced, digital-first environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage an assigned VIP portfolio in line with defined segmentation, tiers, and engagement frameworks.
• Monitor player activity and engagement signals, acting on risks and opportunities while maintaining accurate records.
• Drive proactive communication with VIP players to support retention and ensure a strong onboarding experience.
• Execute reactivation initiatives and translate player feedback into actionable insights.
• Collaborate with CRM, social, and partnerships teams to deliver VIP benefits and promotions.

Requirements

• 2-4 years of experience in customer-facing commercial roles such as VIP management, CRM, or account management.
• Proven experience in the gaming or iGaming industry with exposure to high-value player management.
• Strong ability to interpret player behavior and convert it into effective retention actions.
• Excellent communication skills, commercial judgment, and attention to detail.
• Ability to operate autonomously in a fast-paced, always-on environment.
