Key responsibilities

• Develop long-form video concepts and individual productions, deciding what content is created within our strategic framework.
• Plan and source necessary footage from tournament coverage, streams, or commissioned shoots to ensure high-quality raw material.
• Shape the narrative and structure of each video, directing the editing process to ensure strong pacing and audience retention.
• Manage the production schedule across multiple channels, ensuring content is delivered reliably against the calendar.
• Analyze performance data and retention metrics to refine future concepts and improve overall content strategy.

Requirements

• A strong portfolio of long-form video production that demonstrates your ability to engage audiences and drive performance.
• Deep understanding of poker as content, including knowledge of players, stakes, and the storytelling elements that make the game compelling.
• Proven ability to manage the full production lifecycle, from initial concept and footage sourcing to the final edit.
• Strong editorial judgment with the ability to adapt tone and style across different brands and ambassador channels.
