Video Editor

Micro1 is seeking a skilled Video Editor to join our team in a fully remote capacity. In this role, you will apply your professional expertise to help train next-generation AI systems, shaping how models learn, reason, and perform through high-quality, real-world visual input.

Key responsibilities

• Review, evaluate, and refine animations and visual effects outputs to support the training of AI models in storytelling, robotics, and educational content.
• Organize, label, and maintain structured project files and media assets to enable efficient dataset creation and annotation workflows.
• Assess AI-generated content, implement stakeholder feedback, and ensure outputs align with quality standards and project objectives.
• Develop rubrics, evaluation frameworks, and curated media datasets to train and benchmark AI systems working with video and instructional content.
• Contribute domain expertise to improve model performance by identifying weaknesses and opportunities for better visual generation.

Requirements

• Proven expertise in video editing and post-production, including audio editing and visual storytelling.
• Experience with animation and visual effects for digital or educational content.
• Strong attention to detail, organization skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects effectively.
• Bachelor’s degree in any field, combined with significant experience in video or visual media production.
• Experience working effectively in remote, collaborative environments.
