Key responsibilities

• Produce a steady, high-output stream of short-form video content for Instagram and YouTube, including reels, shorts, and trend-led pieces.
• Apply genuine craft to every edit, focusing on pacing, motion, sound design, and finishing details to ensure professional quality.
• Work fluently across the AI creative stack, selecting the most effective tools for each specific project.
• Manage the full production lifecycle from concept and storyboarding to generation and final publication.
• Analyze top-performing content trends to maintain high standards and drive engagement across our social channels.

Requirements

• A standout portfolio demonstrating exceptional taste, range, and a deep understanding of visual storytelling.
• Strong technical proficiency in industry-standard editing software such as Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Photoshop.
• Deep, hands-on experience with AI creative tools and a solid understanding of the current global model landscape.
• A sharp instinct for social media performance, including knowledge of hooks, pacing, and audience retention strategies.
• A proactive mindset with the ability to work independently, move quickly, and take full ownership of projects.
