Micro1 is seeking a skilled Video Editing Expert to contribute to the development of next-generation AI systems. In this role, you will leverage your professional expertise to evaluate and refine high-quality video content, directly influencing how AI models learn and perform in the creative domain.

Key responsibilities

• Review, evaluate, and refine interview content related to professional video editing and post-production workflows.
• Assess technical execution, narrative structure, and creative choices in various video editing materials.
• Provide detailed feedback on storytelling, pacing, and editing decisions to improve overall content quality.
• Evaluate and enhance AI-generated interview materials to ensure authenticity and clarity.
• Ensure that audio synchronization, color correction, and motion graphics adhere to industry best practices.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in video editing.
• Expert proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and Final Cut.
• Strong grasp of storytelling, narrative structure, cutting, and pacing techniques.
• Proven experience in audio editing and synchronization.
• Solid understanding of color correction, color grading, and motion graphics basics.
