Vice President, Financial Shared Services

As a Vice President of Financial Shared Services, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the strategic direction of our financial operations while leading high-performing teams in a fully remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Provide visionary leadership and strategic direction for the Financial Operations department to align with company goals.
• Oversee and provide executive-level guidance to senior leadership teams within the department.
• Ensure global consistency, efficiency, and compliance across all financial operations.
• Develop and implement robust risk management strategies and internal controls.
• Lead budgetary planning and resource allocation to ensure long-term financial sustainability.

Requirements

• 15+ years of experience in accounting or financial services, with at least 10 years in senior leadership.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in accounting or finance.
• Proven experience in utilizing AI and automation to transform business processes and improve scalability.
• Exceptional strategic thinking, decision-making, and leadership capabilities.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to convey complex financial concepts to diverse stakeholders.
