Vice President - Global Pricing

Diversified is a global leader in audiovisual and media technology, designing innovative spaces and experiences for clients across various industries. We are seeking a Vice President of Global Pricing & Commercial Finance to drive profitable growth and build our pricing function from the ground up.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the executive finance lead for strategic customer opportunities, major pursuits, and complex commercial transactions globally.
• Partner with Sales, Operations, and Executive Leadership to structure agreements that optimize profitability, cash flow, and long-term value.
• Develop and maintain global pricing frameworks, approval matrices, margin thresholds, and commercial governance processes.
• Lead financial modeling and scenario analysis for large-scale opportunities, including multi-year contracts and managed services.
• Support mergers, acquisitions, and strategic investments through financial analysis, valuation, and treasury readiness activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• 12+ years of progressive experience in Commercial Finance and Pricing, with exposure to Treasury or Corporate Finance.
• 7+ years of leadership experience with a track record of influencing executive leadership and cross-functional partners.
• Demonstrated experience building or scaling pricing governance and supporting complex commercial negotiations.
• Strong understanding of pricing methodologies, financial modeling, and profitability analysis in a global, matrixed organization.
