Vendor Operations Specialist

Splitero is looking for a detail-oriented Vendor Operations Specialist to join our growing team. In this role, you will manage the day-to-day performance of our third-party production vendors, ensuring that service-level expectations are met and operational processes are optimized to support our mission of helping homeowners access their home equity.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor vendor performance against service-level agreements, turnaround times, and quality expectations.
• Maintain accurate vendor-specific procedures, contact lists, and internal documentation.
• Coordinate the onboarding of new vendors, including pilot testing and training plan development.
• Support the sourcing of prospective vendors by researching capabilities, pricing, and operational fit.
• Facilitate team training for new or updated vendor-related technology and portals.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in vendor operations, mortgage or real estate operations, or project coordination.
• Strong ability to translate performance data into clear trends, risks, and actionable insights.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple escalations and deadlines simultaneously.
• Proficiency in using spreadsheets, dashboards, and vendor management systems.
• Ability to work 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. Pacific Time.
