Veeva Vault Tech Lead

Experis Manpower Group is seeking a highly skilled Veeva Vault Tech Lead to join their team in a fully remote capacity. This role focuses on leading complex migration and configuration projects within the Veeva Vault RIM ecosystem, ensuring high-quality delivery for enterprise-scale clients.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and support the team in migrating and configuring workflows within Veeva Vault RIM.
• Provide expert guidance on Veeva Vault migration approaches and industry best practices.
• Design, configure, and optimize Veeva Vault RIM solutions to meet business requirements.
• Support document migration activities from legacy systems to Veeva Vault RIM.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and technical teams to ensure successful implementation and integration of Vault solutions.

Requirements

• 5-7 years of software engineering or integration experience, including at least 3 years working with Veeva Vault.
• Hands-on experience with Veeva Vault Loader, Vault APIs (REST), and Postman.
• Strong knowledge of Veeva Vault RIM configuration, workflows, lifecycles, roles, permissions, and object models.
• Experience with integration technologies and patterns, including REST, JDBC, SFTP, message queues, and webhooks.
• Proven experience in document migration from legacy platforms to Veeva Vault RIM.
