Veeva Platform Solution Architect

Experis Manpower Group is seeking an experienced Veeva Platform Solution Architect to join a global Life Sciences program. In this role, you will act as a critical bridge between high-level architecture strategy and technical delivery execution, ensuring robust and scalable solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Translate high-level architecture into detailed, build-ready solution designs for Veeva Vault configuration and integrations.
• Create comprehensive solution design documents, data flows, and integration specifications.
• Ensure architectural consistency across configuration, integration, testing, and compliance workstreams.
• Support impact assessments and provide guidance to delivery teams during sprint execution.
• Collaborate closely with architects, developers, QA, and business stakeholders in a global environment.

Requirements

• 4-6+ years of experience in Solution Design, Solution Architecture, or Enterprise Platform delivery.
• Hands-on experience with Veeva Vault configuration and integrations.
• Strong understanding of Vault objects, lifecycles, workflows, and integration concepts such as APIs and MuleSoft.
• Knowledge of GxP-regulated environments and validation considerations.
• Excellent English communication skills and experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
