Value Realization Manager

SGS is seeking a Value Realization Manager to oversee the delivery of measurable business value across our Finance transformation portfolio. In this role, you will act as the custodian of value realization, ensuring that strategic investments are governed effectively and that financial and non-financial outcomes are tracked, validated, and sustained throughout the lifecycle of our global initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Define and govern the Benefits Realization Framework for all Finance transformation programs.
• Validate business cases and underlying benefit assumptions to ensure alignment with strategic objectives.
• Monitor realization performance and drive value recovery actions when necessary.
• Collaborate with Business Sponsors, Regional CFOs, and Global Process Owners to ensure transparency in value delivery.
• Provide comprehensive reporting on the progress and sustainability of realized benefits across the Finance portfolio.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Over 7 years of professional experience in Finance Transformation, PMO, Portfolio Management, or Strategy Execution.
• Proven track record in managing business cases, financial analysis, and benefits tracking.
• Experience with large-scale transformation programs, such as ERP implementations or operating model changes.
• Familiarity with digital transformation, automation, or process excellence initiatives is highly desirable.
