UX/UI Expert

Micro1 is seeking a talented UX/UI Expert to join our team in a fully remote capacity. In this role, you will leverage your design expertise to shape innovative user experiences across web and mobile platforms, contributing to the development of next-generation AI systems.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement intuitive user experiences for diverse digital platforms.
• Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups that clearly communicate complex design concepts and user flows.
• Ensure all design outputs strictly adhere to modern accessibility standards, design principles, and brand guidelines.
• Iterate on designs based on stakeholder feedback, research insights, and rigorous user testing outcomes.
• Advocate for the end-user throughout the development lifecycle, balancing aesthetic appeal with functional usability.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of professional experience working as a UX/UI designer.
• Demonstrated mastery of industry-standard design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe Creative Suite.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a meticulous eye for detail.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design methodologies and modern design trends.
• Proven ability to collaborate effectively with product managers, engineers, and technical teams.
