UX/UI Designer/Frontend Dev

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Senior UX/UI Designer to join an international product team working on a complex digital platform. This is a fully remote position where you will play a key role in shaping user experiences from discovery to delivery.

This role requires someone who is highly autonomous, comfortable collaborating across multiple disciplines, and capable of driving design decisions with minimal supervision.

Required Skills & Experience

• 7+ years of professional experience in UX/UI Design.

• Strong portfolio demonstrating complex digital products and end-to-end design thinking.

• Deep understanding of UX methodologies, interaction design, accessibility, and usability principles.

• Advanced proficiency with Figma (components, auto-layout, variables, design systems, prototyping).

• Experience designing responsive web applications.

• Solid knowledge of HTML, CSS, and modern JavaScript.

• Ability to independently implement frontend interfaces without relying on a dedicated Frontend Engineering team.

• Experience working in Agile product environments.

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Self-driven, proactive, and highly autonomous.

• Professional working proficiency in English (written and spoken) is mandatory.
