UX/UI Designer (Senior)

Awareson is seeking a highly skilled Senior UX/UI Designer to join our team in a fully remote capacity. You will play a pivotal role in shaping the user experience and visual identity of our web and mobile applications, ensuring high-quality digital solutions that meet both user needs and business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Design intuitive user experiences and create high-fidelity mockups, wireframes, and interactive prototypes.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive design systems and component libraries to ensure consistency across all digital channels.
• Conduct usability research, analyze user feedback, and translate data into actionable product improvements.
• Collaborate closely with developers, analysts, and business stakeholders to deliver seamless, accessible, and high-performing digital products.
• Monitor market trends and implement UX/UI best practices to enhance customer self-service and sales initiatives.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in UX/UI design for web or mobile platforms.
• Expert proficiency in industry-standard design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
• Strong understanding of design systems, Nielsen’s usability heuristics, and WCAG accessibility standards.
• Proven ability to plan and execute usability testing and analyze quantitative and qualitative user data.
• Excellent communication skills in English and experience working within cross-functional agile teams.
