UX/UI Designer (Senior)

Awareson is seeking a highly skilled Senior UX/UI Designer to join our team in a fully remote capacity. You will play a pivotal role in shaping the user experience and visual identity of our web and mobile applications, ensuring high-quality digital solutions that meet user needs and business goals.

Key responsibilities

• Design intuitive user experiences and create high-fidelity mockups, wireframes, and interactive prototypes.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive components and libraries within our design system.
• Conduct usability research, analyze user feedback, and recommend data-driven improvements.
• Collaborate closely with analysts, developers, and business stakeholders to deliver seamless digital solutions.
• Ensure consistent user experience across all digital channels while tracking market trends and best practices.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of professional experience in UX/UI design for web or mobile platforms.
• Proficiency in industry-standard design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
• Strong understanding of design systems, Nielsen’s usability heuristics, and accessibility standards (WCAG).
• Proven ability to plan and execute usability tests and analyze quantitative and qualitative data.
• Experience working effectively with development and testing teams to define acceptance criteria.
