UX/UI Designer

Efigence S.A. is a technology company established in 1995, specializing in large-scale projects for the banking, insurance, and e-commerce sectors. We are currently seeking a talented UX/UI Designer to join our team and help shape the future of digital products through innovative design solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and evolve the design system across various digital channels to ensure a consistent user experience.
• Create reusable UI components, design patterns, and guidelines while managing design tokens like typography, colors, and spacing.
• Collaborate closely with UX designers, developers, and product teams to align design components with technical implementation.
• Maintain comprehensive component libraries in Figma with clear documentation on usage, behavior, and interaction states.
• Audit digital products to identify inconsistencies and support the migration to approved, standardized components.

Requirements

• Proven, hands-on experience in design system development and the ability to manage the design system lifecycle.
• Strong UX/UI design skills with a focus on delivering high-quality, user-centered solutions for mobile and web applications.
• Excellent command of English, enabling effective communication within an international working environment.
• Ability to apply design best practices to improve interface consistency and bring fresh perspectives to product development.
