UX/UI Designer

Flyps is seeking a talented Mid UX/UI Designer to join a long-term product team focused on developing a complex web platform for project and resource management. You will play a key role in shaping intuitive user experiences and polished interfaces for diverse user groups, ensuring the platform remains efficient and user-centered.

Key responsibilities

• Design user flows, wireframes, high-fidelity UI, and interactive prototypes for a complex web platform.
• Create intuitive interfaces tailored to project managers, operational teams, and reporting stakeholders.
• Collaborate closely with engineers and product managers to translate business requirements into effective design solutions.
• Contribute to the maintenance and evolution of the design system to ensure consistency across the product.
• Identify usability improvements and refine the user experience based on feedback and iterative product insights.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of professional experience in UX/UI or product design for digital platforms.
• A strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end design work, including UX thinking and high-quality UI.
• Advanced proficiency in Figma, including expertise in Auto Layout, components, variables, and prototyping.
• Solid understanding of UX principles, accessibility, information architecture, and responsive design.
• Ability to independently own design tasks and communicate decisions effectively within a team.
