UX Writer / Senior UX Writer

Opis stanowiska

We’re looking for a UX Writer / Senior UX Writer to join a project for a well-established digital experience company specializing in large-scale web platforms and e-commerce solutions. In this role, you’ll help shape clear, consistent, and accessible communication across a major public-facing portal — collaborating closely with UX and UI teams to ensure a seamless user experience.

Zakres obowiązków

• Create clear, consistent, and engaging content for digital interfaces.
• Write microcopy, error messages, and navigation texts.
• Prepare easy-to-understand user instructions and help content.
• Maintain tone and language consistency across the platform.
• Work closely with UX and UI Designers to improve usability and accessibility.

Wymagania

• For UX Writer: higher education (or relevant courses) and 1+ year of experience in UX writing.
• For Senior UX Writer: higher education (or relevant courses) and 3+ years of experience in UX writing.
• Excellent command of Polish and strong understanding of user-centered writing principles.
• Familiarity with UX writing best practices and accessibility guidelines.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Nice to have

• Experience working on digital products for the public sector.
• Good command of English.
• Portfolio showcasing UX writing work.
