Andersen is seeking a skilled UX Researcher with German language proficiency to join a project focused on creating accessible, user-friendly digital interfaces. You will work on enhancing complex, business-critical systems by leveraging data-driven insights and maintaining consistency through the Nova Design System.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare comprehensive user research reports summarizing key insights, pain points, and opportunities.
- Analyze survey data and findings to identify response trends and statistical insights.
- Create detailed user personas and user journey maps to define archetypical users and their interactions.
- Develop service blueprints outlining touchpoints between users and internal processes.
- Conduct usability testing and provide research-backed design recommendations to support product development.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of professional experience in UX Research.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Design, or a related field.
- Relevant certifications in UX Research, Design Thinking, or Usability Testing.
- Strong proficiency in both qualitative and quantitative research methodologies.
- Upper-Intermediate or higher proficiency in both English and German.
