Andersen is seeking a skilled UX Designer with German language proficiency to join a project focused on designing accessible digital interfaces and enhancing a scalable design system. You will work on complex, business-critical systems, ensuring a consistent and user-friendly experience across various platforms.
Key responsibilities
- Preparing user research reports, including actionable insights and recommendations.
- Creating detailed user personas and comprehensive journey maps.
- Developing wireframes and interactive high-fidelity prototypes.
- Preparing final UI designs and maintaining design system documentation.
- Conducting usability testing and implementing iterative design improvements.
- Developing accessibility compliance recommendations and guidelines.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of professional experience in UX Design.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Design, or a related field.
- Relevant certifications in UX Research, Design Thinking, or Usability Testing.
- Strong knowledge of qualitative and quantitative research methodologies.
- Upper-Intermediate level of English and German.
