UX Designer with German

Andersen is seeking a skilled UX Designer with German language proficiency to join a project focused on designing accessible digital interfaces and enhancing a scalable design system. You will work on complex, business-critical systems, ensuring a consistent and user-friendly experience across various platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Preparing user research reports, including actionable insights and recommendations.
• Creating detailed user personas and comprehensive journey maps.
• Developing wireframes and interactive high-fidelity prototypes.
• Preparing final UI designs and maintaining design system documentation.
• Conducting usability testing and implementing iterative design improvements.
• Developing accessibility compliance recommendations and guidelines.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of professional experience in UX Design.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Design, or a related field.
• Relevant certifications in UX Research, Design Thinking, or Usability Testing.
• Strong knowledge of qualitative and quantitative research methodologies.
• Upper-Intermediate level of English and German.
