UX Designer

hubQuest is seeking a skilled UX Designer to join our team and help shape an AI Virtual Assistant for a global organization. You will work on a growing product that supports complex workflows, including incident reporting, safety audits, and operational tasks for teams across the food, beverage, and health sectors.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Product Owner and stakeholders to identify user needs, challenges, and project goals.
• Map user journeys and create wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to communicate design solutions.
• Translate business requirements into actionable user stories and clear acceptance criteria.
• Validate design concepts with end-users and refine features based on feedback.
• Work within an agile team environment, participating in daily stand-ups and two-week sprints.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a UX Designer at a regular level or above.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to facilitate discussions with international stakeholders.
• Practical understanding of business analysis and the ability to structure complex information into clear workflows.
• Proficiency in creating user flows, wireframes, and prototypes using your preferred design tools.
• Excellent command of the English language for effective daily collaboration.
