User Environment Administrator (F/M/X)

Quad is looking for a dedicated User Environment Administrator to join our international team. In this fully remote role, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining our end-user computing environment, ensuring that our global workforce has reliable and secure access to the tools they need to succeed.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and administer the company's end-user computing environment and client workstations.
• Install, configure, and maintain Windows operating systems and software.
• Administer SCCM and Intune for software deployment, device management, and configuration.
• Configure and manage Windows devices using Windows Autopilot and Mac devices using JAMF.
• Automate endpoint administration tasks and collaborate with IT teams to resolve technical issues.

Requirements

• Proficiency in Windows 10/11 administration and troubleshooting.
• Practical knowledge of SCCM, Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager, and Intune.
• Understanding of Group Policy Objects (GPO) and Microsoft 365 environments.
• Strong communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
• Ability to work independently and a proactive approach to learning new technologies.
