Upgrade Engineer (m/f/d)

Key responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, manage, and resolve complex customer issues related to the Aras Innovator product family.
• Develop custom code solutions tailored to meet specific customer requirements.
• Manage and execute end-to-end software upgrade projects for our clients.
• Collaborate with internal teams to assist in the software solution release process.
• Coordinate customer deliverables to ensure high-quality project outcomes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with clients.
• Exceptional problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to technical challenges.
• High motivation to work within a fast-paced, collaborative team environment.
• Technical proficiency in SQL, C#, and web application development is considered a significant advantage.
