One World Global Services is seeking experienced Ukrainian interpreters to join our professional team. This role involves providing high-quality interpretation services in a fully remote environment, ensuring clear and accurate communication across various sectors, with a particular focus on healthcare and medical terminology.

Key responsibilities

• Answer calls professionally while strictly adhering to the established Interpreter’s code of conduct.
• Utilize specialized industry vocabulary, particularly within the healthcare and medical fields, to facilitate effective communication.
• Participate in internal professional training programs to maintain high service standards.
• Maintain regular communication and reporting with your designated team leader.

Requirements

• Bilingual or native proficiency in Ukrainian and at least 90% proficiency in English.
• Minimum of one year of professional interpreting experience is highly desirable.
• Strong communication, active listening, note-taking, and memory retention skills.
• High emotional intelligence and the ability to work effectively with diverse cultures.
• Reliable wired internet connection, a USB wired headset, and a computer running Windows 10 or MacOS.
