UI/UX designer

Introduct Tech is an international software development company delivering tailored solutions to clients worldwide. We are currently seeking an expert UI/UX Designer to join our team and help create elegant, well-thought-out solutions for our customer applications.

Key responsibilities

• Identify project visions through field research, user interviews, usability testing, and competitor analysis.
• Manage the design vision in close cooperation with stakeholders and the development team.
• Prioritize and rapidly produce prototypes for new features using industry-standard tools like Figma.
• Validate usability with stakeholders and provide clear tasks for the development team via project management tools.
• Deliver effective problem-solving designs to address bugs and identified UX/UI blockers.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in designing applications for web and mobile platforms.
• Demonstrated expertise in UX/UI-centered design with a preference for SaaS product experience.
• High proficiency in Figma or similar design software.
• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a remote environment.
• A strong passion for user experience, technology, and continuous professional improvement.
