UI/UX Designer

Digital Forms is seeking a user-obsessed and systems-minded UI/UX Designer to join our team. You will play a pivotal role in our digital transformation projects, shaping intuitive and scalable experiences for web and mobile products used by clients globally.

Key responsibilities

• Translate business goals and user needs into clear UX strategies, user flows, and interaction models.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI for web and mobile applications from concept to delivery.
• Facilitate discovery workshops with stakeholders to frame problems and plan validation.
• Plan and conduct UX research, including interviews and usability testing, to synthesize actionable insights.
• Build, maintain, and scale design systems to support multiple products and teams.

Requirements

• Strong experience in UI/UX or Product Design with a portfolio demonstrating end-to-end work.
• Proficiency in Figma, including components, auto layout, and advanced prototyping.
• Solid understanding of UX fundamentals, accessibility principles, and responsive design.
• Excellent English communication skills with the ability to present and defend design decisions to international clients.
• Consulting mindset with the ability to connect design choices to business KPIs and outcomes.
