We are looking for an experienced Optimization / RPA Developer to join our team and support the development of intelligent automation solutions. The ideal candidate combines strong technical expertise with analytical thinking and excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain RPA solutions using UiPath

• Create Azure-based automations and system integrations

• Support development within Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power BI)

• Prepare process documentation and technical designs

• Collaborate with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams

• Analyze business processes and identify optimization opportunities

Requirements

• 4+ years of hands-on experience with UiPath

• Strong knowledge of C#, Python, and .NET

• Experience with Visual Studio, Azure, Power Apps, and related development tools

• Experience with SQL and/or NoSQL databases (e.g. PostgreSQL)

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Customer-facing experience and ability to work with diverse stakeholders

• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies

Nice to Have

• Knowledge of UiPath Document Understanding and Computer Vision

• Experience with advanced automation and AI-driven solutions
